Setting a new standard for seamless shopping experiences

Customers' needs and expectations are changing, and as a result the global retail market can be challenging to navigate. In an increasingly interconnected world, offering a secure and simple payment option alone is no longer sufficient. To keep up with the pace of change, retailers need to offer a seamless shopping experience which transcends borders and meets evolving expectations, whilst still ensuring payments are secure and reliable.

HUGO BOSS has been working with Visa and Adyen to integrate new technology to improve the customer journey and make payments more secure. Visa's EMV 3D Secure acts as an additional layer of defence to ensure transactions are genuine and secure in real time, whilst Visa’s Network Tokens are helping them take their experience to the next level - with more consistent, personalised, and seamless payments.

By implementing these technologies, HUGO BOSS can expect to see approval rates increase by up to 8%, whilst reducing the risk of fraud by up to 3x – ultimately lowering operating costs and increasing revenue.
