How to make EV charging as simple as paying for a cup of coffee

We all know the number of electric vehicles (EV) on the road in Europe is growing, with a 20-25% year on year increase between now and 2030. This rapid growth needs the development of charging infrastructure to keep up, with the European Commission recommending one charge point for every ten EVs.

An important factor in advancing EV charging infrastructure is payments, and the EV charging ecosystem must be enabled with proven technologies and industry best-practices to ensure a smooth and frictionless transition to greener mobility. Richard Campion, Head of Acceptance at Visa, and Claas Bracklo, CharIn Chairman, discuss how paying for charging an EV can be made as simple and convenient as paying for a cup of coffee.
